Billy Grace is the first fully operational AI Digital Marketing Partner.

A lot has changed in the past 20 years, and so has the role of marketers. We have seen a shift from the creative marketer to a fully data-driven marketer, where analyzing, optimizing and reporting are at the core of daily tasks.

Our mission is to free marketing professionals from the never-ending cycle of data management and repetitive tasks. By doing so, we aim to give them more room to be creative and strategic in meeting the needs of their customers, and ultimately drive sustainable business growth.

How? With a fully AI-driven marketing cockpit.

This AI colleague takes on the responsibilities of tracking, attribution, analysis, automation, and optimization of all aspects of the online marketing process, freeing marketers from these tedious tasks.

What will you do

We are a high-potential start-up and are just at the beginning. You will have an impact within a company that can grow very quickly. As a Data Scientist, you look for opportunities within our large amounts of data, which you convert into valuable insights for our (development) team;

You develop new technologies and algorithms in different areas within the platform, you recognise patterns in big data and create prediction models;
You will analyse and select the best statistical methodology for solving queries from our users;
You will work on maintaining, improving and writing tests for the data ingestion flows. This is particularly for our marketing data and our own pixel data. You will bring coherence to the different types of data;
And also with maintaining, improving and testing the modelling pipelines. We have started two major modelling projects that need to be maintained and improved.
You research and develop opportunities to get even more out of existing and new data sources;
You know all about the latest trends and developments in your field;
And help make the platform big internationally.

About you

You bring 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a data scientist;
And have 2-3 years of experience with python and pandas;
You have experience designing and putting Machine Learning algorithms and solutions into production;
You love exploring and adding new technologies and techniques within our platform;
You like to make complex matter simple and understandable for everyone;
You are critical, solution-oriented and have good project management skills;
You are a team player who can communicate well and motivate yourself;
You have experience with pyspark;
Knowledge of and experience with Online Marketing, AWS and databricks is a plus;
You are fluent in English;

Team

You are part of the development team that now consists of four full stack developers and two data scientists. The developers and the data scientists are in one team, making cross-discipline work very efficient.
